As a legal professional using Judiro AI, you agree to uphold the highest standards of professional ethics. Specifically:

• 1.1 Verification: You acknowledge that AI-generated drafts are suggestions only. You maintain full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of all legal citations, case laws, and statutory references against the latest Gazette of India notifications.
• 1.2 Confidentiality: While Judiro AI employs enterprise-grade encryption, you agree not to input Highly Sensitive Personal Data (HSPD) or unredacted client names into the public drafting models unless using our Private Cloud Enterprise tier.
• 1.3 Professional Use: The service is intended for use by qualified advocates enrolled with the Bar Council of India or legal professionals under their supervision.

Our intellectual property rights and your ownership of generated content are defined as follows:

2.2 Platform IP: The underlying algorithms, AI models, UI design, and software code remain the exclusive property of Judiro Technologies Pvt. Ltd. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JUDIRO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

3.1 No Legal Advice: Judiro AI is a drafting assistant, not a substitute for professional legal judgment. We do not provide legal advice. The software may produce "hallucinations" or inaccuracies. You explicitly agree that relying solely on AI-generated content without human review constitutes misuse of the service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.

5.1 Subscription Billing: Services are billed on a subscription basis (Monthly or Annually). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis.

5.2 Tax: All fees are exclusive of applicable GST, which will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 18%) as per Indian tax laws.

5.3 Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers if the service does not meet your professional requirements. Enterprise contracts are subject to specific refund terms defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
